We offer an efficient paper-based arbitration scheme for disputes that would otherwise take some time to progress through the court, saving you time, money and stress. No personal appearance at court is required. It is conducted confidentially with the arbitrator referring only to any written submissions and supporting evidence. The scheme is designed to make your life as easy as possible.

The upfront administrative cost is £150 per party for any claim up to the value of £10,000.

The upfront administrative cost is £350 per party for any claim up to the value of £25,000.

The administrative fee is recoverable if you are successful in being awarded an amount higher than any sum offered to you by other party prior to arbitration, or upon being awarded the amount you have claimed without significant deductions.

Please note that this service is not suitable for claims that relate mainly to personal injury or illness.

The arbitrator’s decision and any award is legally binding although an appeal on a point of law can be made within 14 days. Payment of any award is to be paid within 21 days.
