Traditionally Mediation has been facilitated by face to face meetings with the other parties and the Mediator who acts as a go-between.  In recent years and with the rapid development of the Internet as a tool for progress, the trend has been increasingly for on-line dispute resolution.  Mediating Works therefore offers the increasingly popular option of working with your Mediator remotely via the internet to submit emails, arguments and relevant documents securely and the Mediator will make contact with each party by email, telephone, SMS and Skype as you prefer.  This offers a more flexible approach to Mediation and can also be used for Facilitated Negotiation which works in a very similar way.
